    • Book Reading/Author Public Interaction for the book ‘Wittgenstein on Language and Mathematics: An anti- Foundational Narration’ written by Prof. Enakshi Ray Mitra (Dept of Philosophy, D.U.). This event organized by IIAS team on 10th January at 6.15-7.45 p.m. was at Lekhak Manch, Hall 12 at the New Delhi World Book Fair.  Prof. Nilanjan Bhowmick (Dept of Philosophy, D.U.) and Prof. Anup Dhar (Dept of Philosophy and Religion, Ambedkar University) spoke on the.  book.    Click here to see the book cover.
    • Friday, 4th January 2019,  Prof. Pradeep.P.Gokhale,Honorary Adjunct Professor,Department of Pali, S.P. Pune University delivered a talk on “A Plea for Cultivation of Sublime Attitudes (Brahmaviāra)”.  The talk started at 2:30 p.m. in the Departmental Library, Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi.
    • Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi, in collaboration with B. L. Institute of Sinology organized a lecture by by Prof. Jitendra B. Shah, Director, L.D. Institute of Indology, Ahmadabad on 14th December 2018 at 3 pm in the Department Library of  Department of Philosophy. He spoke on “Influence of the earlier currents of philosophical thoughts on the formation of Jainism”.
    • Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi, in collaboration with Indialogue Foundation, organized a lecture by Prof. Sonia Pandya, Department of Religious Studies, California State University, Long Beach, USA on 5th December 2018 at 2:30 pm in the Department Library, Department of Philosophy. On “Women and Political Conflict: The Situation in Yemen and Turkey”.
    • Department of Philosophy, University of Delhi celebrated  the Birth Centenary  of eminent contemporary Indian Philosopher, Debiprasad Chattopadyaya on 30th November 2018 at 2 pm by having a seminar on his phenomenal work What is living and What is Dead in Indian Philosophy
